The best pet sitter out there! Without exaggeration, I'm sure our cats were a little upset when we returned from the trip and they saw us and not Gary. He took good care of the cats (one adult female and her two new-born kittens, and another young cat aged six months). Feeding was good, there were no unexpected changes in the cats’ weight (we had such issues with previous pet sitters). The toilets were clean, everything in order, just as you'd like it to be. Highly recommended as a professional and kind pet sitter.

The team at Tails of the City are very kind, caring and considerate. They make me feel at ease with great communication and always send me nice pictures. I feel lucky to have found them and I know my dog, Wammes, is having fun while I’m away. I’ve noticed an improvement when he sees other dogs outside now, and he also is shedding less hair, which shows he is happy and relaxed since Ken and Gary started taking care of him. Thank you Tails of the City, you are truly amazing.

My husband and I recently moved to Amsterdam from the US and were lucky enough to find Tails of the City. They’ve since looked after our kitty on two separate occasions and are already our go-to pet sitter for any time we're out of town. They are wonderful with our cat, super attentive to the needs and happiness of animals, and great at reassuring anxious pet owners when they're away with lots of great photos and videos! Ken looked after my puppy Benson (and house) while I was away for the weekend. He sent lots of pictures and updates and kept me informed about everything.
